Exercise Contents with High Continuous Acceptability in Daily Life for University Liberal Arts Physical Education Students

The aim of this study is to devise/coach an exercise program which can be implemented comfortably in daily life order develop a college-education coursework heighten outside-school-hour activities, and addition, make clear that what physical whose continuity highly acceptable. We devised contents have high affinity daily-life activities low burden, checked the easiness continuing them by choosing students who take course education as part liberal arts college test target. results Web questionnaire were follows: (1) Many affirmatively assessed from all view points degree interest/comfort, level difficulty, desire implement them. (2) 29 % continued for more than week after end period. stretching-oriented favorably accepted training-oriented contents. (3) reasons students’ continuation mostly its light-heartedness. From above result, it was suggested ‘stretching-oriented performed easily with light heart’ acceptable life.
